Suzanne Mulvehill, MBA,
President
Suzanne Mulvehill, MBA, is the award-winning
author of Employee to Entrepreneur, the
executive director and founder of the Emotional
Endurance® Institute and the president and
founder of Emotional Endurance International,
Inc. a nonprofit agency. Ms. Mulvehill developed
the internationally recognized Emotional
Endurance® Training Programs and pioneered
the awareness and training of emotional
endurance skills in entrepreneurship. She
has presented her training programs throughout
the U.S. and Europe and has trained thousands
of entrepreneurs, business counselors and
coaches worldwide. She developed certification
programs and curriculum to develop the mindset
of entrepreneurs and improve the success
rate of entrepreneurs worldwide.
Ms. Mulvehill launched Emotional Endurance
International, Inc. to expand and serve
global efforts to serve entrepreneurs worldwide.
She anticipates partnering with other nonprofit
organizations such as USAID and the World
Bank in developing countries to further
the GDP and sustainability of entrepreneurship
and small enterprises worldwide. |

Neuman Pollack,
PhD, Vice President, Training and
Development
Neuman has been engaged in higher education
as well as business enterprise throughout
his career. He designed international business
development and training programs in the Americas,
Europe, and the Far East and has consulted
for both American and multi-national companies
located in Asia. In the late 1980's and early
1990's he traveled extensively for education
and business development in Europe and Southeast
Asia. Neuman was the founding Dean of the
Huizenga Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship
and developed a network of business partnerships
throughout the United States, the Caribbean,
Southeast Asia, and Western Europe.
As President of the BOMI Institute, Neuman
was responsible for overseeing the implementation
of national conference programming for professionals
in the real property management industry.
He has been deeply involved in fundraising
at the Huizenga Graduate School of Business
and Entrepreneurship, the BOMI Institute,
and the Barry Kaye College of Business at
Florida Atlantic University. Over the years
he was directly or indirectly involved in
raising well over $20 million (not including
State of Florida matching funds). |

John
Scannel, Treasurer/Secretary
Financial Controller/Human Resource Director,
Boca Raton Housing Authority
John Scannell is currently the financial
controller/human resource director for the
Boca Raton Housing Authority. His duties
cover all accounting aspects from general
ledger to submitting HUD reports and payroll.
Scannell also serves as the accountant for
the Florida Atlantic Research Authority.
Scannell has been a Boca Raton resident
for 30 years and is very active in the community.
He has served more that two terms on the
Florida Atlantic University National Alumni
Association (FAUNAA) Board and is also a
past president of the Board. Scannell continues
to volunteer for the Memory and Wellness
Center at FAU and previously sat on the
boards of the Pointe South Condominium Association
(president, 2000) and Little Palm Family
Theatre (treasurer, 2001). He has been a
CareForce volunteer with Hospice-by-the-Sea
in Boca Raton. He was also the campaign
treasurer for Bill Hager for City Council
in 2004 and 2006 and Bill Hager for Mayor
in 2008. Having graduated with a B.S. in
accounting from FAU, he went on to finish
the additional 30 hours needed to sit for
the CPA exam in Florida. He is currently
taking all 4 parts of the exam.

Jeanette DeDiemar, Ph.D.
University of Osh Kosh, Wisconsin
Jeanette is the Executive Director for
the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, based
in Oshkosh, WI. She serves as a member of
the Chancellor’s senior staff, spearheading
the strategic vision and implementation
of first-ever integrated marketing and communications
strategy for the UW System’s third
largest comprehensive institution with a
total enrollment of 12,750 students. Her
background includes working as a Marketing
Director for Wales-Cardiff Digital Media
Centre company in Wales and as a Dean of
Institutional Advancement for Wayland Academy
in Wisconsin. She has a PH.D. in Philosophy
from Kansas State University and a bachelors
in Science – Journalism from University
of Wisconsin. She resides Oshkosh, WI. |

Jay Mitra,
Professor and Head of Entrepreneurship,
University of Essex, Southend-on-Sea, UK
Jay is the Founding Professor of Business
Enterprise and Innovation, Director of the
Centre for Entrepreneurship Research at
the University of Essex, and Head of the
School of Entrepreneurship and Business,
at the University of Essex, UK. Educated
in India and the UK, Professor Mitra trained
in the private sector in the UK, worked
as a Principal Officer for local government
also in the UK, specialising in economic
and business development, and taught at
3 other universities before joining the
University of Essex. |

Certified Emotional Endurance Coach
Timothy A. McGinty is the published co-author
of the highly regarded Wake Up... Live the
Life You Love® series. This series is
a collaborative effort with such inspirational
leaders as Tony Robbins, Dr. Wayne Dywer,
Brian Tracey, Steven E, and Lee Beard. Mr.
McGinty is also the president of Imagine Yourself,
an organization focused on enabling clients
to “Breakthrough” in achieving
their success. Mr. McGinty is an entrepreneur,
speaker, author, and coach who believes in
giving back to the local community and the
world. He currently resides in northeast Ohio.
Mr. McGinty speaks to thousands of people
throughout the world on how to find their
purpose in life, how to develop a passion
for what they want to do, and taking action
towards making their passions a reality. |
